Kathy H.- I read about the ionic footbath and decided to try it mostly just to experience the comforting sensation of the warm water. I admittedly was skeptical that I would notice any negligible benefits in just one session. After the suggested time of 40 minutes I dried my feet and stood up to walk away. To my surprise I suddenly realized that the pain I had been experiencing for several months in the bottom of my heels when I would first stand and walk a few steps was gone! The previously painful areas on the bottom of my feet were now only slightly sore. I completely expected that the next day the usual pain, especially when getting out of bed in the morning, would be back as usual. But to my amazement, my feet still felt like I had just had a deep massage, and it did not hurt to walk those first steps. Before the session with the ionic footbath I had honestly not even thought about the possibility that this perhaps this would help my feet.
