Warranty of Products

The array has a five (5) year warranty to the original owner on defects in materials and workmanship. During the first six (6) months, replacement parts and shipping are free. After six (6) months you pay only for shipping. A receipt or proof of payment is required. Warranty does not cover normal wear of replaceable elements. Damage due to abuse is not covered.

The power units carry a two (2) year manufacturer's warranty. Contact Ionic Oasis®, we will handle the warranty for you.
